4. Tickets & Entry

All tickets are sold through Skiddle
Entry is subject to venue capacity, age restrictions, and valid ID
The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for safety, behavioural, or legal reasons
Tickets are non-transferable unless permitted by Skiddle

5. Age Policy

All Lemon & Lime events are 18+ unless otherwise stated. Valid photo ID may be required for entry.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Ticket Sales

All Lemon & Lime event tickets are sold via Skiddle.

As such, all ticket refunds, returns, and cancellations are subject to Skiddle’s Refund Policy.

We do not process ticket payments directly.

2. Refunds

Refunds are generally only issued if:

An event is cancelled
An event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend

In these cases, refunds will be processed by Skiddle in accordance with their terms.

3. Non-Refundable Tickets

Unless stated otherwise:

Tickets are non-refundable
Tickets cannot be exchanged
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of personal circumstances
- Late arrival or refusal of entry
- Failure to provide valid ID
- Breach of venue rules

4. Lineup Changes

Lineup changes do not automatically qualify for a refund. All lineups are subject to change.

5. Event Cancellation or Changes

If Lemon & Lime cancels or significantly changes an event, Skiddle will contact ticket holders directly with information regarding refunds or alternatives.
